Instead of forcing you into a robotic style, we focus on your specific biomechanics, which is why players like Bhargav are finally breaking past their limits after years of stagnant coaching. If you are ready to stop guessing and start playing with actual intent, these stories show exactly what that looks like on court. ### Why Players Choose Our Method The most common frustration I hear is, 'I've been playing for years, but I'm not getting better.' That usually happens because you are just hitting balls, not training. At Thirty40, we dismantle that habit. We don't just feed balls for hours. We teach you the 'why' behind every shot so you can actually construct points and play tennis like chess. ### Breaking the Plateau Take our adult players, for example. Many join after being stuck at a 'recreational level' for a decade. They come to us because they want more than just a workout. By integrating structured fitness with technical stroke correction, we turn that cardio session into a tennis lesson. Our 1:6 batch ratios ensure that you aren't just a number in a crowd; we are actually watching your swing path and correcting your footwork in real-time. ### Building the Next Generation For our juniors, the goal is different. At 5 or 6 years old, they aren't ready to play for points, but they are ready to build a love for the game. We focus on coordination, focus, and keeping them engaged, ensuring that when they grow older, they have the technical base to compete at the state and national levels without needing to 'unlearn' bad habits later. ### Our Commitment to You We are honest about the process. Tennis is a tough sport, and it requires discipline. We don't promise overnight success. We promise a roadmap, professional biomechanical feedback, and a community that actually cares about your progress. Whether you are aiming for an ITF ranking or just want to beat your friends on Sunday, the work starts here. ## About Thirty40 I’m not here to just feed balls. I’m here to fix the broken system, whether you’re looking to turn pro or just play a solid game. My team and I build athletes who think on the court and play with intent.
