Real tennis growth happens when you trade endless rallies for purposeful drills. In our sessions, we combine 45 minutes of technical stroke correction with 15 minutes of explosive fitness work, ensuring you develop both the 'chess' of the game and the engine to back it up. At Thirty40, we don't believe in the 'grind' that goes nowhere. Many academies in Delhi keep you on court for hours, letting you repeat the same mistakes until they become habits. We do the opposite. Whether you are at our Modern School location or our academy in Mehrauli, our sessions follow a strict structure.
