We dedicate the first 15 to 20 minutes of every class to specific drills—like floorwork, body isolations, and rhythmic footwork—so you develop the technique needed to freestyle comfortably. Whether you are here for a quick fitness fix or want to get serious about urban dance, you will leave knowing the mechanics of every move. ### Your Journey in Urban Dance We believe that everyone has their own rhythm. Our Hip-Hop and Urban classes are designed to help you tap into that, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique. **What You Can Expect** * **Foundation First:** We rotate our curriculum between Urban Hip-Hop (Litefeet, Old School) and Lyrical Contemporary. Every class includes focused training on isolations, weight distribution, and flexibility drills. * **Small Batch Culture:** To keep the energy high and ensure you get actual feedback, we keep our cohorts small. This way, the instructor can correct your posture or timing in real-time, which is tough to do in a crowded room. * **Cyphers & Performance:** Learning in a mirror is one thing, but freestyle is another. We host studio cyphers—freestyle circles—where you get to test your moves in a supportive environment. We also create group choreography videos using our professional lighting setup, so you get to see your progress on camera. **Who Should Join?** * **Kids:** We have specialized batches for ages 4 to 12. We focus on hand-eye coordination and keeping things fun so they build confidence alongside their dance skills. * **Teens & Adults:** Whether you want to escape the daily grind or pick up a new technical skill, our classes are mixed-level friendly. You will find a community here that focuses on energy and growth, not just following steps. We operate out of our Noida studio with full-length mirrors and an environment built for movement.
