Unlike a crowded gym, our studio in Sector 74, Noida, offers a safe, judgment-free space where you can express yourself through movement. You do not need any prior dance experience to join. We focus on the joy of moving your body and connecting with a community that cheers for each other. ### What You Will Do We mix high-energy Bollywood tracks with low-impact cardio, incorporating Zumba-style warm-ups to get your heart rate up before we dive into the choreography.
