We perform Jal Neti and the Neem-Karela foot detox side-by-side in our community halls, not in isolation. You will see people helping each other and talking about how their sinus clears up or how their legs feel lighter immediately after the session. It is all about doing the practice together, safely. I believe yoga is a full system, not just physical postures. In our Yamuna Vihar and West Jyoti Nagar studios, these detox workshops are designed to flush out systemic stress. Whether it is Netra Tarpan with medicated ghee to soothe screen-weary eyes or the intensive Kapalbhati breathing for mental clarity, the goal is always feeling lighter inside. You will see in the videos that we keep it raw and authentic. No fluff. Media features are a proud moment for our local yoga family, but the real validation for me is seeing a first-timer finish a session and say 'Badhiya!'—that is the only proof I need. If you have persistent sinus issues, are dealing with daily screen fatigue, or just feel physically heavy, these ancient Shatkriya methods are your answer.
