We move out of our daily routines to explore Vairagya Bhava—the practice of letting go—together in nature or during community festivals. Whether you join us for a retreat in Rishikesh or a local gathering in Mumbai, you will find a tribe that supports your growth and holds space for you to simply be. ### Beyond the Studio Walls Yoga is a journey, not just a series of exercises. While our studio in Andheri West is our home base, we believe the practice truly expands when we step outside our comfort zone. Our retreats and events are designed to help you disconnect from the city rush and reconnect with your inner rhythm. ### Immersive Retreats We host curated retreats in locations like Rishikesh and Gujarat, focusing on deep immersion rather than just a vacation. These programs integrate longer hours of pranayama, meditation, and philosophy with nature-based practice. It is about removing distractions so you can focus on your 'sadhana' (practice). You will spend days in a community setting, sharing meals, chanting, and practicing in spaces that allow for silence and introspection. ### Community Events Closer to home, we regularly organise community-focused events, including celebrations for International Yoga Day and local workshops. These gatherings are open to everyone, regardless of your experience level. We focus on collective energy, which is why we encourage partner work, group chanting, and social time before and after the mat practice. It is about building a sense of belonging in a city that can often feel isolating. ### What to Expect Whether you are attending a weekend workshop or a week-long retreat, the structure is always intentional.
