At events like our recent International Yoga Day gathering in Andheri, you will see people of all experience levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, moving together to find a shared sense of Vairagya Bhava, or the art of letting go. We keep the groups intimate enough for individual guidance but large enough to feel that collective pulse of energy. We believe the most profound yoga happens when we stop practicing in isolation. Whether we are hosting a large-scale event in Mumbai or our annual Pravāh retreat in Rishikesh, the goal remains the same: to foster Swadhyay, or self-development, within a supportive tribe. Our events mix Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, incorporating Pranayama and meditation. In our retreats, we strip away the sheher ki bhagdaud, or city rush, to focus on deep practice, nature, and shared silence. For local workshops, we transform conference rooms or society halls into a temporary Shala, bringing the same equipment, such as straps, blocks, and chairs, that you find in our Andheri studio to ensure everyone is supported. We often get asked if you need to be a pro to join. The answer is always no. Our events are designed to be accessible. We provide adjustments and modifications, ensuring that whether you are joining us for a local workshop or a destination retreat, you feel held by the tribe. ## About The Yoga Tribe Studio I am Ajinkya Meher, and my goal is simple: to help you find your breath amidst the city rush.
