Because we keep our training groups small, you get hands-on experience facilitating sessions, not just theory, ensuring you leave feeling ready to hold space for others. Our courses are designed for those who feel a calling to guide others on their healing journey. Whether you are looking to become a Sound Healing Practitioner, a Reiki healer, or want to integrate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) into your practice, we prioritize practical application over long lectures. We break down the certification into intensive, 2 to 4-day modules held at our Bandra studio. You will learn the science of sound through Nada Yoga, practice gong dynamics, and explore energy anatomy, all while having direct access to our senior trainers. For our Breathwork and NLP tracks, we focus on combining cognitive strategies with physiological releases, which is essential if you are looking to work with clients on stress relief, trauma release, or habit reprogramming. Why choose our shala for your certification? We are a community-first space. After the training, you are not just left on your own; you join a network of practitioners who trained in this bungalow. It is a place where you can find your bindu, practice, and grow. ## About The Yoga House We built The Yoga House to be a space where healing is a practice, not just an idea. When you join our certification courses, you are not just a student; you are becoming part of our community of facilitators, learning to navigate the subtle energies of sound and breath in our quiet Bandra bungalow.
