Instead, I use bold, expressive line work and vibrant colours to capture the actual 'vibe' and personality of your family or pet. Since every piece is hand-painted and finished with a heavy-duty varnish, these are not just wall decorations; they are durable, personal memories designed to last for years. ### How We Create Your Keepsake When you commission a portrait, it is a collaborative process. We start by looking at your favourite photos—don't worry if they aren't perfect, I use them to understand your expressions and quirks. I then share a digital draft with you so we can align on the layout before I pick up my brushes. ### Materials & Durability I believe art should be a part of your daily life, not just something hidden behind glass. * **Wall Plates:** These are ceramic or high-quality melamine, finished with multiple layers of industrial-grade varnish to prevent fading and dust build-up. They come with pre-installed hooks, so they are ready to hang the moment you open the box. * **Canvases:** I use professional-grade acrylics that hold colour brilliantly. For memorial pieces or family portraits on canvas, I focus on the storytelling aspect—adding motifs or backgrounds that actually mean something to you, rather than just copying a flat image. ### Why Choose This Style? If you are looking for a sterile, computer-generated print, that is not what I do. My work is messy, human, and full of life. It’s perfect for: * **Anniversaries & Weddings:** A hand-painted plate featuring your family is a warm, unique gift that standard frames just can't match. * **Memorial Portraits:** Capturing the spirit of a pet or loved one with colour and warmth, creating a piece that brings comfort to your home. * **Housewarmings:** Something cheerful and personalised to welcome new beginnings. I ship across India, and every package I send is plastic-free. If you have a specific story, a favourite outfit, or a hobby you want included in the portrait, just let me know when we chat. ## About The Yellow Brush Hey, I’m Tanvi!
