In my studio, a trial session is an assessment of your flexibility, rhythm, and discipline, not a quick, fun routine. I prioritize posture, turnout, and muscle control as the unglamorous but necessary building blocks for any serious dancer. ### My Pedagogical Approach At The World Dance School in Andheri West, I view dance as a medium for self-mastery. Many students come to me wanting to learn complex routines immediately, but this is a mistake. My curriculum is built on foundation first. We practice old-school drills that build muscle memory and anatomical alignment. You will not find 'quick fix' choreographies here because they do not serve your long-term growth. ### The Training Environment My studio is designed for serious work. We use professional sprung wood flooring to protect against injury during demanding rehearsals. Classes are structured with specific age groups and goals in mind, from the commercial energy for teens to the integrated jazz-contemporary programs for adults. ### Why Assessments Matter I offer a single trial and assessment session for a reason. Before you commit to monthly enrollment, I need to evaluate your current aptitude and batch fit. This ensures that every student in the room is at a comparable level, allowing me to maintain the intensity and focus that my students expect.
