In these integrated sessions, you will not be learning superficial choreography; you will be drilling weight transfer, pelvic alignment, and floor mechanics. This is a no-shortcut environment designed for students who value technical precision over quick performance routines. ### Why Foundation Comes First Most dance schools prioritize choreography to keep students entertained. I do the opposite. My Integrated Foundation Programs in Andheri focus entirely on building a body that is articulate, strong, and capable of actual technique. Whether you are an adult beginner or a junior student, the curriculum is rooted in Classical Ballet barre work and Jazz mechanics. ### For the Serious Learner - **Adult Integrated Foundation:** Designed for ages 25-40, this stream focuses on technical fortification. We work on barre, floorwork, and core engagement. It is rigorous, twice-weekly training meant for those who want to understand movement, not just mimic it. - **Junior Conservatory:** For ages 5-19, this is a 3-month commitment that introduces anatomy awareness alongside dance styles.
