We focus intensely on ankle stabilization and core-driven balance, which means your first few sessions will be less about choreography and more about mastering the physics of movement in heels. ### The Anatomy of Heels This is not a beginner class. Heels choreography requires a level of physical maturity that only comes from years of foundational work. We strip away the spectacle to focus on the mechanics: how to maintain a neutral pelvis while walking, how to engage your glutes for stability, and how to transfer weight without losing your line. ### The Training Each session at our Andheri studio is structured to build endurance. We start with conditioning to protect your joints, followed by technical drills that isolate specific muscle groups. You will learn to articulate your footwork, extend your limbs, and project presence that carries across a stage. ### The Expectation My studio is for those who are serious. We record segments for performance analysis, not for social media vanity, but so you can see your posture and correct your alignment. If you are looking for a casual weekend workout, this is not the place. If you are ready to master the most challenging form of commercial dance, you are welcome. ## About Ratika Ram Kumar I am Ratika Ram Kumar.
