I believe dog training is about understanding, not control. I use force-free, positive methods to help you and your dog work through challenges like aggression and anxiety, building a stronger bond.

- [Video: This is Piku. When he was first adopted, he was so terrified he wouldn't even go outside. Instead of forcing him with a slip lead as a previous trainer suggested, we gave him a choice. We created a safe space indoors and allowed him to decide when he was ready to explore. This video shows the incredible power of consent and patience in building a dog's confidence.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/05b7b0ef-ef21-43fa-9deb-1d100ea59422)
- [Video: This is the reality of severe resource guarding. Loochi came to me with intense food aggression, making mealtimes dangerous and stressful. This video shows her journey over one month, transforming from biting out of fear to calmly enjoying enrichment toys near people. It's a powerful reminder that with understanding, even the most challenging behaviors can change.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/d14431eb-d794-44f4-a00c-3d044fea7520)
- [Video: Does your walk feel more like a tug-of-war? It doesn't have to. The simple act of using a long leash and slowing down allows your dog to do what is most natural and calming for them: sniff. This is one of the first changes I recommend to create more relaxed, enjoyable walks for both of you.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/75e583f5-d0df-4f5c-b1cc-1a963c3c31bb)
- [Video: How do you know if your dog actually wants to be petted? I use a simple "consent test." I'll pet for a few seconds, then stop and wait. If she leans in or nudges me for more, like Maya does here, I continue. If she turns away, I respect her choice. This small act of listening builds incredible trust and strengthens our bond.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/c9ce21de-8ad6-401a-8490-b2721e43c7b2)
- [Video: This was a tough moment. My own dog, Ezra, was upset and defaulting to an old, unwanted behavior. Instead of correcting him, my priority was to show him I wasn't a threat. I used my body language to give him space and let him know it was okay to have big feelings. Progress isn't linear, and understanding is key, even in our own homes.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/5371841a-5259-4715-8d0b-6f26ae27e176)
- [Video: This is Bijou's first session. Before, the sight of a guest at the door would trigger non-stop barking and over-excitement. By creating a predictable pattern and redirecting his focus, we were able to achieve this much calmer behavior in just one visit. This shows how quickly we can make progress by managing the environment and teaching a new, positive association.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/2451f0f2-d7b6-4afe-a16d-9169a1e879a5)
- [Video: Diwali can be a terrifying time for our pets. Here are some of the practical steps I take in my own home to create a safe and calm environment for my dogs. From using calming music and visual barriers to providing comforting enrichment activities, my goal is to help them cope with the stress of fireworks, not just endure it.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/e32cde6d-3312-4058-8928-dd430da48723)

- [Video: This is what peace looks like at my home boarding. When your dog stays with me, they get to be a dog. They can relax on the cool grass, listen to the sounds of nature, and just unwind in a safe, comfortable space. This is Brie, one of our happy boarders, enjoying a quiet moment in the garden.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/b30f8787-82df-494e-9d86-52390119d9a3)
- [Video: This is Loochi's story. She came to my Board & Train program with severe food aggression, biting anyone who came near her food. Through patience and building trust, she learned to feel secure. Now, she can enjoy her meals and even play with a food toy, trusting the humans around her. This is the power of force-free training.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/d14431eb-d794-44f4-a00c-3d044fea7520)
- [Video: I want to share a real-time training moment. Here, my dog Ezra was defaulting to an old, unwanted behavior because he was upset. Instead of correcting him, I gave him space and used my body language to show I wasn't a threat. Understanding his emotions is the first step to helping him, and it's a core part of my philosophy.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/5371841a-5259-4715-8d0b-6f26ae27e176)
- [Video: A walk should be for your dog. I encourage decompression walks on a long leash, allowing them to sniff and explore at their own pace. This simple change can reduce anxiety and make walks more relaxing for both of you. It’s about slowing down and connecting with your dog.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/75e583f5-d0df-4f5c-b1cc-1a963c3c31bb)
- [Video: Ever wonder what the first day of a Board & Train program looks like? It's all about gentle acclimatization. We start with getting familiar with the new space, taking calm outdoor walks with lots of sniff breaks, and ensuring there's ample time for rest. There's no pressure, just a slow and steady introduction to their home away from home.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/d016611f-c7f9-47c6-95c7-ae994bd8fea7)

- [Video: I often get asked if letting dogs on the sofa or bed causes behavior issues. The answer is no. ## Meet your expert

### My story

Hey, I'm Aishani. Gurgaon is home, with my husband and our three dogs (sometimes four, if Noddy feels up for it). Dogs are my world, literally quit my corporate job for them. Ezra’s touchy side taught me a lot about giving space and consent—sometimes he forgets, but we figure it out, no drama. Raw meat? Not my favourite, veggie life, but I manage. Every walk, every day, keeps me learning. Yoga and nature keep me sane.

### My work

- **Force-Free Dog Training & Behaviour Help**: I work on dog aggression, anxiety, and touch-sensitive dog support using positive reinforcement.
- **Home Boarding for Dogs**: I offer home boarding, especially for anxious dogs, so they feel safe when you're away.
- **How I Work**: We go deep—body language, routines, feelings. No quick fixes, just patience and real change.
- **Who I Help**: If your dog is family and you want real understanding, not just control, I’m your person.
