While we use a structured module designed by National Champion Arvind Bhat, the goal is always to keep the environment supportive so your child actually enjoys the process of learning. ### Building Foundation Through Fun Our 21-day youth camp is designed to move kids from basic coordination to actual match play. We do not just dump them on the court and hope for the best. Instead, we use a step-by-step curriculum that builds muscle memory. We start with the essentials, such as proper grip, stance, and court positioning, before moving into specific stroke techniques. ### The Training Difference Why does our training work? We use the expertise of Arvind Bhat. The Level Up basics we teach are not arbitrary; they are the same fundamental building blocks used by competitive players, adapted for youth stamina and focus. During the 21 days, sessions are split between technical drills, agility ladder training, and supervised practice games. ### Why Parents Choose Suprad * **Technical Rigor:** We focus on form early to prevent bad habits from taking root. * **Safety First:** Kids train on 5 BWF-approved Li-Ning synthetic mats.
