We hold our dance sessions on BWF-approved Li-Ning synthetic mats, which are designed to absorb shock and protect your knees while you move. It is a high-ceiling, airy environment in Nagavara where you have plenty of room to breathe and actually let loose. When we decided to start offering dance fitness, we didn't want to squeeze into a tiny room. We wanted you to have the same space our athletes enjoy. By using our indoor badminton facility, you get a clean, wide-open layout that feels different from a standard gym. ### Why our space works for fitness: * **The Flooring:** Our Li-Ning synthetic mats are the real deal. They are sprung to protect your joints, making them perfect for high-impact dance and Zumba moves. * **The Ventilation:** We operate in a high-ceiling warehouse structure. Between the industrial fans and the open design, you won't feel suffocated, even in the middle of a heavy session. * **Facility Access:** You get full access to our amenities. Whether you need to use the changing rooms before you head to work or need a quick shower after sweating it out, we keep our facilities clean and ready. * **The Atmosphere:** Since we are a functional badminton academy, you might hear the rhythm of shuttlecocks hitting rackets in the background. It adds an energy you just don't get in a silent studio. It is a place where fitness feels like play, exactly the way we like it. ## About Suprad Badminton Academy We are a group of badminton lovers who believe fitness should be about playing and moving, not just grinding.
