Because these are synthetic, shock-absorbent mats, they provide much better impact protection for growing joints than a standard dance studio floor. ### Why Kids Love Our Weekend Zumba We believe fitness should feel like play, not a punishment. That is why our weekend dance fitness sessions are designed to be high-energy, loud, and fun. Led by certified instructor Deeksha, these classes get kids moving to trending music while building coordination and confidence. There are no wall mirrors here, just an open space where everyone is welcome to vibe and be themselves. ### Logistics and Pricing We keep it simple. You can choose to join for the whole month or drop in for a single Saturday to see if it is a fit for your child. * **When:** Every Saturday at 10:00 AM. * **Duration:** 50 to 60 minutes per session. * **Drop-in:** ₹350–₹450 per session. * **Monthly:** ₹1000–₹1200 for 4 sessions. ### The Facility The classes take place right here at Suprad Badminton Academy in Nagavara. Since our primary setup is for badminton, you get the benefit of a clean, well-lit, and spacious warehouse-style facility with great natural ventilation and high ceilings. We maintain strict hygiene protocols and clean the mats regularly, so you can drop off your kids knowing they are in a safe, healthy environment. Parents are welcome to watch from the sidelines or the viewing gallery while the session is in progress. ## About Suprad Badminton Academy We started these sessions because we wanted fitness to be the highlight of the week, not a chore.
