It's about mastering your ready stance and grip early on so you don't build bad habits. Do remember to bring your non-marking shoes to your first session, as these are mandatory to keep our synthetic mats in perfect condition for your practice. Learning badminton is a journey of precision rather than power. Our coaching approach, built with Arvind Bhat, emphasizes the 'how' behind every shot. Whether you are working on your service or trying to get the hang of a deceptive push, our trainers help you understand the mechanics so you can play smarter. ### Why Start Here? Our Nagavara facility is designed for learners. We use BWF-approved synthetic courts with 31-foot ceilings, which is crucial for beginners who are still working on their clear and lob techniques. You won't have to worry about the shuttle hitting the roof, allowing you to focus entirely on your movement. ### What You Will Learn - **Correct Grips:** Proper forehand and backhand grips to ensure control. - **Footwork Patterns:** Moving efficiently around the court to reach shots without strain. - **Stance & Balance:** Maintaining your center of gravity for faster reaction times. - **Shot Selection:** Knowing when to play safe and when to attack. We keep our sessions engaging, often pulling from our 'Trick Shot Tuesday' lessons to show you that badminton is as much about fun as it is about discipline. Our environment is welcoming, with kids, adults, and corporate groups training side-by-side, so you will always find peers at your skill level to practice with. ## About Suprad Badminton Academy We’re a group of badminton enthusiasts in Nagavara who just want to help people enjoy the game.
