We use conductive play-dough to teach the basics of a closed circuit, allowing kids to sculpt their own light-up creatures or interactive greeting cards. It’s a tactile, safe way to demystify electricity, ensuring they understand the 'why' behind the glow before they ever touch a complex component. It is not about memorizing formulas—it is about the thrill of making a custom lamp that actually turns on. We break down complex electronics into simple, manageable steps, suitable for young tinkerers. For our youngest learners (ages 3-6), we focus on sensory-rich circuit building using conductive dough and basic LEDs. For older kids, the challenge scales up to assembling wooden lamp bases and wiring circuits for functional gadgets. We provide all the gear: coin-cell batteries, safety-first wiring components, and creative tools. What makes these sessions unique is the independence factor. We act as guides, not teachers, helping your child troubleshoot when their circuit does not light up rather than fixing it for them. This frustration-to-success journey builds real confidence. Every participant walks away with a functional piece of art—whether it is a light-up lamp or a festive greeting card—that serves as a physical reminder of their problem-solving skills. Whether you join our pop-up labs in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Chennai, we guarantee messy hands and blown minds. ## About The Whiz Lab We are The Whiz Lab, and we think science should be messy, loud, and full of 'aha!' moments. We bring the gear, the guidance, and the energy, so your child leaves with a gadget they built themselves and a new love for how things work.
