This lets us move freely to catch the groom's reaction when he gets covered in turmeric, or that quiet moment when family members share a laugh during the Mehendi application, without turning your home into a film set. The Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies are often the most chaotic and raw parts of an Indian wedding, and that is exactly why we love them. While the main wedding ceremony has a specific flow, these pre-wedding events are where the real family dynamics come out.
