Our library is designed for children to pick, flip, and explore without the pressure of being perfectly quiet. We keep our shelves accessible so kids can engage with the collection, turning their library visits into a tactile, sensory experience rather than just a transaction. Log saath aate gaye aur karwaan banta gaya (People kept joining, and the caravan kept growing). What started in my living room with 400 books has turned into a community hub. We believe that when children have physical access to thousands of books and toys, they do not just read, they experiment, wonder, and learn to make choices for themselves. ### What to expect when you visit * **Hands-on Access:** Our collection of over 25,000 books and 2,000 toys is meant to be handled. We encourage parents to let their children roam, pick books that catch their eye, and sit on our floor mats to dive into a new story. * **More Than Just Shelves:** This space in Nirvana Country acts as a third place for many local families, a cozy spot to disconnect from screens and reconnect with stories. We have books for all ages, from toddlers just learning to turn pages to adults looking for their next read. * **Sustainability:** By borrowing rather than buying, you help reduce the load on your shelves at home and teach your children the value of sharing and reusing. Whether you are a parent trying to cultivate a reading habit or an adult looking for a fresh read, our doors in Sector 50 are open. Come by for a browse, let your child pick out a new adventure, and see how a library can truly feel like a community space! ## About The Treasure Trove Library I am Arvinda. I started this library in my own flat because I wanted a space where stories felt alive and accessible to every child. Seeing kids get lost in a book is the best part of my day, and I am grateful to share this passion with families across Gurgaon.
