I recommend keeping them in your fridge until the exact moment you are ready to serve, as that chill is exactly what makes the texture feel so velvety and refreshing. Creating the perfect Tres Leches is all about patience and the right soak. My process involves baking a sponge that is dense enough to hold the milk blend without falling apart, yet porous enough to absorb it all completely. I do not believe in shortcuts, so I stick to fresh, high-quality ingredients for every batch. Whether you are grabbing a personal tub for a cozy evening or a larger bowl to share at a family gathering, you can count on the same consistency and deep, creamy flavor. My menu changes with the seasons—you will find tropical Mango Pistachio during the warmer months and rich, comforting Chocolate Mocha Caramel when the weather cools down. I also take requests for custom toppers if you are celebrating a milestone, so your dessert looks just as good as it tastes. Since everything is homemade in small batches, I recommend planning your order a day or two ahead, especially if you have a specific flavor in mind. ## About The Tea Party Hi, I am Pooja!
