Since I bake every batch from scratch, I recommend placing your orders for events or gifts at least 48 hours in advance to ensure everything is perfect. What you see here is a glimpse into the heart of The Tea Party Co. I started this journey four years ago with a simple goal, to make desserts that are not just sweet but memorable. ### My Approach to Baking Everything I make is small-batch and homemade. Whether it is the viral Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Kunafa or my classic Biscoff tea cake, I focus on balancing rich textures with fresh ingredients. My fusion recipes, like the Coffee Rasgulla Tiramisu or Rose Chikki cups, are my way of bringing the flavors I grew up with into the modern dessert experience. ### Why My Clients Love These * **Freshness First:** I avoid preservatives and mass production. You get a product that is moist, fresh, and made to be eaten right away. * **Versatile Formats:** From bulk catering shots for parties to individual tubs for a personal treat, my packaging is designed for convenience without compromising on presentation. * **Gift-Ready:** My hampers and tarts are designed to look as good as they taste. I use sturdy, elegant packaging that works for festivals like Rakhi or Diwali, or a simple birthday surprise. If you are planning an event in Mumbai, drop me a message. I love customizing flavors and putting together assortments that match the vibe of your celebration. ## About The Tea Party I am Pooja, the baker behind The Tea Party Co.
