Because I work from home, I recommend placing your festive or gifting orders at least three days in advance to ensure I have enough time to perfect those delicate buttercream details. Small treats are my favorite way to experiment. When you have a bite-sized dessert like a tart or a truffle, you want the balance between the shell, the filling, and the garnish to be perfect. My kitchen in Mumbai is where these flavors come together, from the floral notes of dried rose petals to the deep, roasted crunch of pistachio. ### Why Fusion Matters I love mixing traditional Indian flavors with western techniques. Take the Rose Chikki Cheesecake Tart, for example. It is not just a dessert; it is a texture play. The base brings that buttery, crumbly tart shell, while the center offers the creamy cheesecake profile, and the top is finished with the familiar crunch of chikki. It is a nostalgic trip wrapped in a modern package. ### Crafting Your Order Everything is prepared with high-quality couverture chocolate and fresh inclusions. My Nutella Fudge Bites are a favorite for a reason; the fudgy center is wrapped in a smooth chocolate layer that melts exactly when it should. Because I do not use commercial preservatives, these are best enjoyed fresh. If you are ordering for a party or a Diwali hamper, I focus on the presentation just as much as the taste. Each box is packed to survive travel across the city, so whether you are in Bandra or South Mumbai, you get them looking exactly as you see in the photos. ### Customization If you have a specific theme or color palette in mind for a gift box, just let me know. I can play with buttercream piping, edible butterflies, or gold dust to match your event's vibe. These are not mass-produced items; they are crafted to add a bit of magic to your dessert table. ## About The Tea Party I am Pooja, and for me, baking is about turning a little dream into something truly sweet. I love putting a pinch of madness into every batch, whether it is a custom tart for an anniversary or a festive box of truffles. When I am in the kitchen, I am not just making dessert; I am making sure your special moments have a little extra magic.
