This makes them incredibly moist, but it also means they are best enjoyed with a spoon rather than a cake fork. If you are ordering for a party, keep them chilled right until serving time so the cream stays set and the sponge remains perfectly cool. My Tres Leches cakes start with an airy, light sponge designed to absorb every drop of the three-milk soak without getting soggy. I treat this as a dessert experience, not just a standard cake. ### Why my Tres Leches? * **Perfectly Soaked:** I balance the ratio of milk, condensed milk, and cream so the cake is indulgent but never overwhelming. * **Signature Flavours:** My Black Forest version features rich chocolate shavings and cherries, while the Choco Rocher uses hazelnut praline for that signature crunch. For a pick-me-up, the Mocha Caramel with almond praline is a crowd favourite. * **Ready to Serve:** Each 1kg dessert arrives in a reusable glass bowl, making it a stress-free centerpiece for birthdays or casual house parties. * **Customisable:** I can add a personalised topper for birthdays or anniversaries, or even surround the bowl with fresh flowers if you are gifting it. Whether you are planning a small gathering in Bandra or a family dinner in Powai, these desserts travel well and bring that homemade, indulgent feeling to your table. I focus on fresh ingredients and honest baking, ensuring that every bite feels like a celebration. ## About The Tea Party I am Pooja, and for me, Tres Leches is all about that perfect, milk-soaked comfort.
