These are strictly fudgy, dense, and rich. My signature Half and Half slab, like the Biscoff and Nutella swirl, is designed for those who want the best of both worlds in every bite. My kitchen is all about balancing the traditional with the unexpected. Whether you are hosting an intimate tea party or just need a slice of happiness after a long day, these treats are baked fresh to order in the heart of Mumbai. ### Signature Flavor Profiles * **Fudgy Brownie Slabs:** These 8-inch slabs are crafted for chocolate lovers. I focus on high-quality ingredients, resulting in a dense, decadent finish that holds its own. Popular combinations include Nutella Hazelnut and Lotus Biscoff. * **Tea Cakes:** From the refreshing zest of seasonal strawberries to the traditional aromatic spices of my Thandaai cake, each tea cake is moist and packed with real ingredients. I avoid artificial flavorings, relying on purees, nuts, and spices. * **Dietary-Inclusive Options:** I know dessert should be for everyone. I offer refined sugar-free and gluten-free dark chocolate options that do not compromise on that rich taste. * **Festive Twists:** My holiday specials, like the Thandaai tea cake for Holi, are designed to bring a little extra magic to your celebrations. ### How to Order All my brownies and tea cakes are baked in small batches. Because I use fresh produce, like real strawberry compote and high-grade coverture chocolate, I recommend placing your orders at least 24 hours in advance to ensure everything is fresh and ready for your occasion. ## About The Tea Party Hi, I am Pooja.
