We then fill it with premium 54% or 70% dark chocolate ganache, providing a rich, velvety foundation for our signature buttercream flowers and wafer paper butterflies. Our tarts are designed to be as visually striking as they are delicious. Each 8 to 9-inch tart yields roughly 6 to 8 slices, making them ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or small intimate gatherings across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. We focus on the structural integrity of the design. The buttercream flowers, ranging from rosettes to delicate drop flowers, are stabilized to maintain their shape during delivery. We use wafer paper to create 3D butterflies that add movement and life to the arrangement, finished with edible pearls for a touch of texture. Because we handle the ganache filling carefully, the surface remains perfectly flat, allowing us to incorporate custom messages or photographic elements without compromising the design. Whether you prefer a monochromatic color palette to match a theme or a vibrant explosion of colors for a festive event, we adapt our piping techniques to suit your vision. Please note that while our ganache is a staple, we also offer fruity curds or cheesecake fillings for those who prefer a different flavor profile. ## About The Tea Party We are a team dedicated to making your celebrations sweeter, one bite at a time. From hand-piping every single petal on our signature floral tarts to customizing themes for your event, we believe in baking memories you can actually taste.
