We use recessed warm white LED strips behind acrylic panels to create that soft halo effect you see in the photos, ensuring there is no glare. When planning your unit, think about where your power point is. We can hide the wires inside the cabinet or behind the back panel so your space looks clean, not cluttered with cords. Creating a modern mandir for your home is about finding the balance between tradition and clean, minimal design. We skip the heavy, traditional look in favor of sleek lines, CNC-cut jali patterns, and integrated storage that hides the clutter of daily pooja essentials. ### Quality Construction We build these units using 18mm HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistance) or IS 710 Marine Grade Plywood, ensuring they do not warp over time. Since our factory is right here in Delhi, you can skip the middleman and see exactly what goes into the build. We use high-gloss or satin-matte PU paint because it is durable, easy to wipe clean, and gives that luxury finish that looks fresh for years. ### Design Flexibility Whether you need a floating wall-mounted mandir for a compact apartment or a floor-standing unit with cabinet space, we adjust the design to fit. Love a specific mantra or a geometric pattern? We cut it directly into the acrylic or MDF panels, which then acts as the diffuser for the LED backlighting. ### Planning Your Space * **Space Planning:** Floating units save floor space but need strong walls. We reinforce the mounting for safety. * **Functionality:** Do you need a pull-out aarti tray? How many drawers for your incense and diyas? We build the storage around how you actually pray. * **Lighting:** We use diffused LED strips, not exposed bulbs. This prevents the 'hotspot' effect and keeps the light soft and even. Send us a photo of your space or a Pinterest idea you like. We will tell you if it works for your wall, suggest the right materials, and handle the build from start to finish. ## About The Teak Studio We are The Teak Studio, and we believe your mandir should feel personal, not like something pulled off a showroom shelf.
