We reserve the studio for 90 minutes, providing 75 minutes of guided Vinyasa or Hatha flow tailored to your group's level, followed by 15 minutes of social time to enjoy the space and the included healthy snack hampers. You might be used to celebrations that leave you feeling drained, but our mindful events aim for the opposite. Whether you are planning a birthday, a bachelorette, or a simple get-together, our Greater Kailash studio provides a clean, peaceful backdrop to celebrate without the usual party pressure. Everything is managed so you do not have to worry about the logistics. We provide premium mats, bolsters, and blocks for all your guests, regardless of their prior experience. If you are worried that your friends have not done yoga, do not be. We guide sessions that are welcoming to beginners and can adapt the intensity based on your preferences. Beyond the physical practice, we want the experience to linger. Each guest receives a canvas tote bag filled with a specific selection of treats, like protein bars and healthy fudge. If you want to go deeper, we can replace or augment the movement portion with a sound healing session using crystal singing bowls to help your group de-stress and reset. We are based in South Delhi and can host groups of up to 10 for yoga sessions or up to 6 for sound healing. If you prefer us to come to you, we also travel across Delhi NCR for wellness events. Let us know what you have in mind, and we will help you put together a session that fits your group's energy. ## About The Shala We started The Shala to create spaces where you can actually breathe and connect. When you host a birthday or bachelorette with us, it is not just a class; it is a space for your group to slow down and share a meaningful experience.
