When we plan your ceremony space, we start by looking at the venue's natural geometry. Whether it is a beach in Goa or a palace lawn, we ensure the structural layout, floral weight, and lighting angles are practical, meaning your guests see the pheras clearly and your photographer gets those unobstructed shots. At The Serendipity Co., the mandap is the center of the universe for your wedding day. It is where the rituals happen, and it deserves more than just a standard stage set. We focus on narrative design. If your family roots are South Indian, we might use traditional banana leaves and brass accents to bring authenticity to a beach setup. If you are after a contemporary feel, we work with acrylics and minimalist floral strings to create a floating effect over water. Logistics matter as much as aesthetics here. We manage the heavy lifting: ensuring floral structures withstand coastal winds, dealing with sun positioning so you are not squinting during the vows, and coordinating with priests to ensure the havankund placement is correct. Our team handles the technical production oversight, so you are not worrying about audio equipment or last-minute wiring.
