This means we coordinate technical riders for your performers, manage the cue-to-cue flow of your entries, and ensure the lighting shifts seamlessly from the sentimental speeches to the high-energy dance floor. When we design a sangeet or reception, we are really looking for that specific 'ehsaas' (feeling) that defines your celebration. For some, it is the electric energy of a 'Jungle Disco' theme with neon lights and deep greenery. For others, it is the sophisticated elegance of a candlelit dinner where the decor whispers luxury rather than shouting it. We know the chaos that happens behind the curtains. Our on-site team of seven to eight professionals handles everything from managing last-minute artist rider changes to ensuring the bride's entry is perfectly timed. You will not find us standing around with clipboards while you stress about the timeline. We are the ones fixing the mic feedback, coordinating with the DJ on the setlist, and making sure your parents are enjoying the dance floor just as much as the younger crowd. Whether you are planning a grand reception in a Mumbai ballroom or a destination sangeet in Oman, our process remains grounded. We do not just source decor; we conceptualize a theme that reflects your story. We handle the logistical heavy lifting so that the only thing you have to focus on is the person standing next to you. ## About The Serendipity Co. I'm Rhea, and I believe every wedding has a heartbeat. My team and I focus on the moments that matter, whether it is managing the chaos behind the curtain or perfecting the lighting for your first dance, so you can simply be present.
