We focus on active competition because you cannot learn how to handle an opponent's rhythm or pressure from a shadow-boxing session alone. Our students participate in regular inter-club wars to log real-time experience, ensuring that when they step into the ring, they have the technical confidence to back it up. We believe in testing skills where it counts. Our curriculum is built around the reality of combat sports, from basic stance work to advanced ring strategy. ### Why Competition Matters Training in a vacuum is different from facing an opponent in a bout. We actively encourage students to participate in local and national events, such as the PI Club War and the Interclub Boxing Championships, because this experience is non-negotiable for serious fighters. Whether you are training for fitness or professional competition, you need to understand the rules, scoring, and officiating standards of the sport. ### What You Learn Our program at the St. Francis High School grounds in Koramangala is about more than just punches. We teach the full spectrum of martial arts boxing.
