Our glass-walled grooming salon lets you watch every step of the process, and for our more anxious friends, we use calming aids like the Happy Hoodie to keep things chill. It is all about building that trust so your dog feels safe, not stressed. We know that leaving your pet with someone new can be nerve-wracking. That is why our salon is designed with glass walls—you can sit in our cafe or waiting area and watch every step of your dog's spa experience. We believe you should see exactly how we handle your furry family member, from the choice of shampoo to the gentle drying techniques. Our head groomer, Mamppi, and the entire team focus on 'low-stress' handling. If a dog is nervous or sensitive to noise, we do not force them. Instead, we use calming aids like the Happy Hoodie to dampen the sound of dryers and rely on two-person handling techniques for cats and anxious dogs to keep them secure without using harsh restraints. We love reading how this approach helps our regular visitors—like Roki the Golden Retriever or Joey the Doodle—feel more confident with every visit. From first-time swimmers discovering the joy of our 1,600 sq ft paw-shaped pool to pups getting their first breed-standard haircut, every story here is a testament to our commitment to safe, hygiene-focused, and compassionate care. If you have been wondering if your pet will enjoy the 'Therpup Vibe,' just ask the parents who have been part of our pack since we started. We are here to answer any questions about our grooming, boarding, or event hosting before you decide to book. ## About Therpup We built Therpup because our dogs deserved better. We wanted a space where they could be themselves, whether that means splashing in our paw-shaped pool or getting pampered by Mamppi and the team. It is not just a service for us, it is our family.
