Our sessions prioritize flow and personal expression over strict technical rigidity. You will spend the first part of class warming up and learning basic floorwork, followed by a routine that focuses on musicality. Come ready to move in comfortable clothing, and do not worry if you feel a bit awkward at first, as it is all part of the learning process. We approach contemporary and lyrical dance as a way to tell stories with your body. Whether you are in our Jayanagar studio or visiting our Koramangala space, the goal is the same: letting go of the stiffness often found in classical forms. ### What to expect Our choreography blends elements of modern dance, jazz, and lyrical improvisation. We do not just teach you steps; we teach you how to connect with the lyrics and the beat.
