We construct our elevated carports with an 8 to 12-foot clearance using heavy-duty hot-dipped galvanized steel, ensuring your SUV or small commercial truck fits underneath without scratching the frame, while the structure itself is built to withstand high wind speeds. ### Why a Solar Carport? If you have open parking in a society, factory, or bungalow, you are wasting valuable roof space. Our solar carports serve two purposes: they provide heavy-duty shade for your vehicles, protecting them from Delhi's heat, and they generate clean electricity to run your ACs and equipment. ### The 'No Jugaad' Engineering We don't use weak, thin metal. Every carport we build follows a strict engineering process: * **Material:** We use 80-micron zinc-coated Hot Dipped Galvanized Iron (GI) to prevent rust for decades. * **Foundation:** We don't just bolt it down; we use reinforced concrete (RCC) pedestals to anchor the structure to your floor or roof slab. * **Technology:** We install Bifacial modules, which capture light reflected from the ground, giving you extra power generation that standard rooftop panels miss. * **Protection:** Our designs include waterproof sealing at all anchor points, so you don't have to worry about roof leaks during the monsoon. ### Is it for you? Whether you are a resident in a colony like Malviya Nagar looking to cover your driveway, or a factory owner in an industrial zone needing parking for the team, these structures are modular. We handle the entire process: the structural layout, the electrical safety, and the net metering paperwork so you can start selling surplus power back to the grid. Stop worrying about parking shade and start worrying about how to use the money you save on electricity bills. ## About Thermosun We are a local team from Malviya Nagar who got tired of paying massive electricity bills. We don't just dump panels on a roof; we design custom steel structures that make your parking space actually earn money for you.
