We design systems using heavy-duty galvanized iron structures that are rust-free for 25 years, meaning your roof stays leak-proof and the system keeps generating power through every Delhi summer without constant maintenance. Schools, colleges, and hospitals need consistent power without the constant headache of high tariffs. Our institutional solar solutions are built differently than standard residential setups. We prioritize structural integrity using I-beam or lattice GI structures coated with 80-micron zinc to prevent rust entirely. For larger setups like the 40kW plant we installed at the Madangir Gurudwara, safety is non-negotiable. We install 3-point chemical earthing systems, Type II surge protection, and lightning arresters to shield your building. We know schools cannot have cables dangling everywhere, so we use UV-resistant DC cables and organized conduits that keep the campus clean and safe for everyone. Beyond hardware, we handle the boring stuff. Net metering liaison with BSES or Tata Power, structural stability certification, and fire safety compliance are all part of our service. You get a system that lowers operational costs by up to 90 percent, allowing you to redirect those funds toward education or community welfare. We provide a 5-year AMC to handle cleaning and health checks, so your staff does not have to worry about a thing. ## About Thermosun We are the Thermosun team from Malviya Nagar.
