We focus on 90-minute sessions that prioritize technical correction, footwork, and agility drills, ensuring you get a proper workout alongside your practice. ### How We Train on Your Turf My coaching is about one thing: results. When I come to your society or office, we aren't just hitting balls back and forth. We follow a structured approach to ensure your time on the table actually counts. **The 90-Minute Format** Every session is designed to maximize your time. We start with a 10-minute warm-up, dive into rapid-fire technical drills—focusing on grip, stance, and swing mechanics—and finish with cardio-heavy games. If you are a desk worker, we include specific mobility work to counter stiffness. **Technical Focus** * **Grip & Swing:** We fix flaws immediately. You won't practice bad habits here. * **Doubles Tactics:** For office and society teams, we teach specific doubles movement and coordination to help you win those social matches. * **Consistency:** The goal is to keep the ball on the table for long rallies. We use 3-star standard balls and targets to sharpen your accuracy. **What You Need to Provide** To get the Reflex Arc experience at your venue, you only need to provide the table and net. I bring the rest: the coaching expertise, the specialized balls, and the intensity. We maintain a coach-to-table ratio of 1:2, capped at 8 players per session, to ensure everyone gets enough attention.
