Whether it is a messy art session or a spontaneous skit, we adapt our 90-minute activities to make sure every child, even the shy ones, feels like a star by the end of the day. At The Reading Room, we believe that children learn best when they are truly enjoying themselves. Our sessions are designed to be a complete detox from smartphones, allowing kids to engage with the real world through play, drama, and art. We avoid rigid, classroom-style teaching. Instead, we use a playway method where children pick up new social skills and confidence without even realizing they are learning. Whether we are hosting a messy art afternoon, a spontaneous skit, or a face-painting session, the goal is always the same: to get kids off their screens and into a community. We see shy children blossom into confident storytellers, and energetic toddlers find a focus through our hands-on craft projects. **What to expect at our sessions:** * **Activity-based learning:** We do not just read books. We act out the stories, paint the characters, and build the props ourselves. * **Screen-free environment:** Our space in Noida Sector 39 is built to be a cozy alternative to digital gadgets. * **Social growth:** Through games, role-play, and group tasks, kids learn to negotiate, cooperate, and make friends outside their school circles. * **Flexible engagement:** Our 90 to 120-minute sessions are paced to keep kids interested, not overwhelmed. If you are looking for a place where your child can spend their weekend or holidays making memories instead of scrolling, drop us a message. We keep groups intimate so every child gets attention and every costume or craft project feels special. ## About The Reading Room I am Riddhika, and I started this space because I wanted my kids and yours to have a place where books and friends come before screens. It is my passion to watch children transform from quiet observers to confident little thinkers through the simple magic of play.
