Whether your venue has narrow elevators or tricky access points, our crew assesses the site beforehand to ensure our backdrops and booths are leveled, weighted, and safe for your guests. It is easy to assume that a beautiful event setup just appears on the day of your celebration. In reality, it involves a 2 to 6-person crew, dedicated commercial transport, and careful navigation of venue logistics. ### Why the Setup Matters When we build a multi-turret castle or a giant mirror box, we do not just stack the pieces. We focus on structural integrity. We weight down panels and ensure fiberglass props are stable for both kids and adults. Our team at The Prop Shop has navigated countless Bangalore venues, from hotel banquet halls with strict freight elevator timings to outdoor gardens where rain requires rapid, on-the-spot adjustments. ### Our Process We do not just drop off items at your gate. Our service includes: - **Site Logistics:** We arrive with the right team size based on the venue's accessibility to ensure nothing is damaged during move-in. - **Precision Styling:** For interactive booths, our team spends time wiping and polishing glass and acrylic surfaces on-site to ensure zero fingerprints before your guests arrive. - **Structural Safety:** We ensure all backdrops are leveled and interlocked correctly. We provide full end-to-end styling. If you have a specific vision for your theme, we handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on the celebration, not the assembly. ## About The Prop Shop We are The Prop Shop, a team of creators who love the chaos of event setup.
