It is a space for trial and error. Whether I am testing glaze chemistry on a fresh tile or throwing a new form, the goal is always to embrace the 'galti' (mistakes). You will find the space a bit dusty and chaotic, but that is exactly where the magic happens, where raw clay starts to find its own shape. My studio in Jona Pur, Delhi, is where I turn raw clay into something personal. When you see the images here, you are seeing the real process, from the dust on the floor to the glaze tests and the quiet moments before the kiln works its magic. As I often say, 'Artist ka matlab hai galti karna' (being an artist means making mistakes). Without those mistakes, we never find new forms or textures. Whether I am spraying glaze onto a batch of bowls or sculpting a new geometric piece, I treat every project as an experiment. You will see my glaze tiles and custom tools scattered around, as they are part of the daily rhythm. If you are curious about how a lump of clay becomes a piece you hold in your hands, you are welcome to step in. I focus on slow-made techniques, from wheel throwing to the heat-intense Raku firing. It is not about rushing to a final product, but about understanding the chemistry and patience required to create. My studio is open for those who want to learn, get messy, and maybe leave with a piece of art that carries a bit of their own story. ## About The Potter's Life I am Suvajit, the person behind The Potter's Life.
