I have seen hundreds of first-timers walk into this studio thinking they aren't artistic, only to leave with a piece they are genuinely proud of. The wheel is a teacher, and my job is just to help you listen to what the clay wants to do today. At my studio in Jona Pur, pottery is not about perfection. It is about the process. Many people come in asking if their bowl will be symmetrical, and I tell them, 'Let us see what the clay decides.' ### Why the process matters When you start, it is natural to want a smooth, finished product. But real learning happens in the wobbles and the uneven edges. Whether you are here for a beginner wheel-throwing trial, an intensive course, or a wild Raku firing session, the focus remains on the experience of creation. ### What you can expect - **Beginner Workshops:** If you have never touched clay, this is your entry point. We cover wedging, wheel centering, and hand-building basics. It is a two-hour session where the pressure is off and the focus is on feeling the clay respond to your touch. - **Raku & Horsehair Firing:** This is where the chemistry of fire and clay takes over. We pull pieces from the kiln while they are red-hot. It is unpredictable, slightly chaotic, and visually stunning. It is not just a class; it is an event. - **Corporate & Group Sessions:** I host teams who want to break their screen routine. We move from the office desk to the potter's wheel, fostering collaboration through messy, hands-on fun. Every piece you make goes through our double-firing process, which takes a few weeks to complete. You show up, get dirty, and I take care of the heavy lifting like glazing and firing. All you need to bring is curiosity and an open mind. Galti toh karni hi hai, and that is where the magic starts. ## About The Potter's Life I’m Suvajit.
