It is because I do not keep them in fancy, pampered greenhouses. I let them harden in open nursery conditions first, so they are already used to the Delhi NCR weather by the time they reach your home. I started The Plants Guru because I believe everyone should have a piece of nature nearby. Whether you are looking for low-maintenance Snake Plants for your bedroom or fragrant herbs like Rosemary for your kitchen, I make sure the plant is ready for your specific space. ### How I Prep My Plants Every *paudha* (plant) goes through a strict inspection before it leaves my nursery in Nehru Nagar. If a plant has a weak root system or isn't healthy, it simply doesn't get shipped. I also make sure the soil mix—a blend of manure and cocopeat—is tailored for our local climate, not some generic mix that dries up in two days. ### Delivery and Care I deliver across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Ghaziabad. When you order, I pack them carefully with newspaper and cardboard to prevent soil spillage. Once they arrive, my job isn't done. If you feel your plant is acting differently, just send me a message. I always recommend the finger dip test for watering—*mitti sukh jaye tabhi pani dena* (water only when the soil feels dry). It is the simplest trick to keep your plants happy and green for a long time. ## About The Plants Guru Namaste, I am Rajeev. My nursery in Ghaziabad is where I spend most of my day, ensuring every plant is healthy and happy.
