I generally recommend a rectangular sponge for gatherings of 20 or more people because it allows for cleaner, uniform slicing and provides a larger, flatter surface area to display your corporate logo or appreciation message clearly. When you are celebrating a retirement, a work anniversary, or a major project completion, the cake should reflect the professional tone of the office while still feeling like a treat. My approach to these milestone cakes is built on two pillars: visual clarity and inclusive ingredients. Since all my bakes are 100% eggless, you do not need to worry about dietary restrictions during company-wide events. Everyone gets to participate in the celebration. ### Customization for Your Team - **Logo Integration:** I can print company logos or specific milestone graphics onto edible sheets, ensuring brand consistency. - **Structural Design:** From traditional round cakes for smaller team gatherings to larger rectangular cakes for wider distribution, I adapt the format to your headcount. - **Ceremony Ready:** Every celebration cake comes mounted on a heavy-duty board and includes a basic candle and knife set, so you have everything you need for the cake-cutting moment as soon as it arrives at your office. I operate out of Vashi and manage deliveries across Mumbai, Thane, and Panvel. If you are planning an event, reach out with your brief, and we can discuss the best design to mark the occasion. ## About The Pink Patisserie I am the baker behind The Pink Patisserie.
