We focus on the practical details that make a difference, like proper Palki Sahib placement, comfortable seating arrangements for elders, and ensuring the Kirtan Jatha has the exact sound setup they need to be heard clearly. Sacred events are deeply personal. When we coordinate a Shri Paath Sahib or a Bhajan Sandhya, the goal is to create a space that feels calm and focused. It is not just about the visuals; it is about respecting the sanctity of the ritual. We take care of the heavy lifting so families can remain present during the prayers. Our approach to religious setups: - Floor Management: We ensure the seating area is clean and comfortable, using crisp white sheets and quality mattresses to accommodate all guests, including the elderly. - Floral Aesthetics: Whether it is a fresh marigold Rangoli or a specific floral 'Ek Onkar' arrangement, we use fresh flowers to add warmth to the space without cluttering it. - Ritual Focus: We understand the specific requirements for different ceremonies, from the orientation of the Palki Sahib to creating dedicated areas for the Kirtan Jatha. Technical support is crucial for these gatherings. If you have a group performing Gurbani or devotional music, the sound needs to be balanced. We provide clear PA systems that do not overwhelm the room but ensure everyone can hear the prayers clearly. For larger gatherings at temples like ISKCON or open community spaces, we can also manage stage lighting and backdrop installations to keep the environment serene. We are based in Gurgaon but travel across Delhi and the NCR to manage these setups. Whether you are hosting at home or a larger venue, we ensure the layout is practical and respectful of the traditions you follow. ## About The Peacock Eventz We are The Peacock Eventz, and we believe every religious ceremony deserves to be as serene as it is beautiful.
