I get to turn wild imaginations into real, living adventures. After a decade of planning parties across Delhi NCR, I still get excited seeing kids’ faces light up when they walk into their dream world. ### Themes That Feel Like Magic No two parties are the same. Whether your child wants a jungle safari, a Hogwarts spell-casting day, or a full-on carnival with magicians and stilt walkers, I’m all in. I’ve done everything from mermaid kingdoms to Paw Patrol rescues. If your kid can dream it, I’ll figure out how to make it happen. ### Details That Matter I’m a bit obsessed with the small stuff. I love making custom welcome signs, milestone boards for first birthdays, and those giant light-up letters that everyone wants a photo with. Every detail is about your child - their name, their age, their quirks. ### Not Just Decor - Real Fun Decor is just the start. I set up creative birthday party activities like slime making, sand art, and painting. There’s always something for the kids to do, whether it’s bouncing on a castle, getting a glitter tattoo, or joining a treasure hunt. ### Green Parties, No Balloons If you want an eco-friendly birthday party, I can do that too. I use reusable props and skip the balloons, but still make it look wow. ### Start-to-Finish Support I handle everything - planning, setup, and all the chaos. You just show up and enjoy the day. ## Highlights Browse through The Party Elephant's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/thepartyelephant.in/themed-kids-party-planning/featured) - ![We created a spectacular butterfly fairyland for a first birthday, transforming the venue into an enchanted garden. Been at this for a decade in Delhi NCR, making parties that actually feel like a story you want to tell. We get a kick out of wild themes—once did a pool party for pups, didn’t use a single balloon, went all out with colours instead. The best part? Watching kids lose it over puppet shows, or seeing someone walk into a space we’ve styled and just stand there, grinning. We live for those moments. ### My work - **Bespoke Event Planning**: We plan birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, and cocktail parties—covering everything start to finish. - **Immersive Themed Parties**: Mermaids, unicorns, football, carnival—whatever you dream up, we’ll make it real and memorable. - **Fun & Entertainment**: Magicians, puppet shows, art stations, face painting, treasure hunts, nursery rhyme singers—fun for all ages. - **Luxury in the Details**: Custom signage, floral setups, personalized backdrops, party favors—those little touches that make it special. - **Eco-Friendly Celebrations**: We do sustainable kids parties, no balloons, just creative, eco-friendly party decor that looks amazing. ## More services from The Party Elephant - [Milestone Celebration Planning](https://mytribe.in/thepartyelephant.in/milestone-celebration-planning) · ₹1-6L per event (estimate) ## Experts similar to The Party Elephant on mytribe - [Birthday Party Decoration by Decoration Delhi](https://mytribe.in/decorationdelhi/birthday-party-decoration) · ₹3.5-15.5K per setup (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Themed Event Decoration and Planning by BubblinBows](https://mytribe.in/bubblinbowsevents/themed-event-decoration-and-planning) · ₹50K-1.1L per event (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Birthday Decorations by Decor Planner](https://mytribe.in/_decor_planner/birthday-decorations) · ₹2-15K per setup (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Kids' Birthday Party Decoration & Planning by DMoment Events](https://mytribe.in/dmomentevents/kids-birthday-party-decoration-planning) · ₹18K-1.2L per event (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Themed Kids' Birthday Party Planning by Born To Party](https://mytribe.in/born_to_party_offical/themed-kids-birthday-party-planning) · ₹18K-3L per event (estimate) · Born To Party - [Kids' Party Decoration by The Party Rokerz](https://mytribe.in/the_party_rokerz_events/kids-party-decoration) · ₹4-28K per setup (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Themed Kids' Party Planning & Design by Giftomania Events](https://mytribe.in/giftomaniaevents/themed-kids-party-planning-design) · ₹35K-4L per event (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Themed Kids' Birthday Parties by Signature By Dita](https://mytribe.in/signaturebydita/themed-kids-birthday-parties) · ₹35K-3.3L per event (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Birthday Party Decoration by Birthday Party Emperor](https://mytribe.in/birthdayplanner01/birthday-party-decoration) · ₹1.5-16K per setup (estimate) · National Capital Region ## Book To book The Party Elephant, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Themed%20Kids'%20Party%20Planning%20by%20The%20Party%20Elephant.)
