In my studio, I exclusively use E-file techniques for Russian-style cuticle prep and safe removal. It is the only way to avoid the thinning and structural damage that usually happens when acrylics or gels are pulled off at home. Good nail art is only as good as its foundation. If your natural nail is not prepped correctly, even the most expensive gel polish will lift or peel within a week. That is why I spend time focusing on proper anatomy and hygiene before even touching a color bottle. Whether you are coming in for a refill or a full removal, the goal is always to keep your natural nail strong. I use TPO-free products because I care about your skin health as much as the final look.
