At The Music Gurukul, we focus on building habits that last a lifetime, which we call 'roz ka riyaaz' or daily practice. When you join us, you are not just signing up for lessons. You are joining a community where you will perform, learn alongside peers, and receive guidance from coaches who are passionate performers themselves. Our approach is built on three pillars: structured learning, community performance, and family involvement. We offer training in a wide range of instruments, including guitar, drums, keyboard, tabla, and vocals, catering to everyone from young children to seniors. We believe schools often miss the practical side of music. That is why our 'Rockstar Coaches' focus on the fundamentals while encouraging students to get on stage as early as possible. Whether it is through our informal 'Musical Saturdays' jam sessions or our annual student concerts, we provide the environment where confidence is built through real-world experience. For those looking for a formal pathway, we provide comprehensive training for Trinity College London exams in piano, guitar, and drums. We operate out of our sound-treated studios in Matunga and Chembur, providing professional-grade equipment for our group sessions. If you cannot make it to our studios, our hybrid and online learning programs ensure that geography is never a barrier to your progress. We encourage parents to sit in on classes, observe the process, and attend concerts. This is a family journey. Music is not just about the notes on a page, it is about how it develops your personality and expression. We invite you to experience a class, meet our coaches, and see which instrument resonates with you. ## About The Music Gurukul I'm Hitesh, founder of The Music Gurukul. My goal is to create the same magic I felt when I first picked up a guitar. We are not just an academy, we are a family of musicians, teachers, and parents all learning and performing together.
