### Movement & Aerial Arts Camp (1 Month)

Mon-Fri (90 mins daily) program covering gymnastics, aerial hoop, and dance in a rugged warehouse studio, including a professionally edited performance video.

Typically ₹4,000-5,500 Per Child Per Month (estimate)

#### Schedule & Batch Details
*   **Frequency:** Monday to Friday (5 days per week).
*   **Timing:** 90 minutes per session (09:00 AM to 10:30 AM).
*   **Validity:** Covers approximately 20 to 22 sessions over one month.
*   **Batch Size:** Group format (approx. 15 to 20 kids) to maintain safety and community vibe.

#### Core Skill Training
*   **Aerial Arts:** Supervised introduction to Aerial Hoops (Lyra) and Climbing Ropes to build grip strength and confidence.
*   **Gymnastics:** Tumbling drills on professional Air Tracks and Crash Mats (learning rolls, cartwheels, and handstands).
*   **Dance & Fitness:** Western dance choreography combined with kid-friendly calisthenics like animal flow, hanging, and jumping.

#### Deliverables & Perks
*   **Performance Video:** A professional style dance and skill video of the child shot and edited for social media.
*   **Fun Events:** Weekly community engagement activities like face painting or prop parties.
*   **Certificate:** Participation certificate provided at the end of the camp.

#### Facility & Setup
*   **Venue:** High-ceiling industrial warehouse studio in Yelahanka (Non-AC, ventilated with industrial fans).
*   **Equipment:** Full access to Bosu balls, parallel bars, rings, and safety riggings.
*   **Safety:** Continuous supervision and spotting by the Head Coach and assistants during all acrobatic maneuvers.

## About Kids Summer Camp

### Why I Do This

Movement is medicine. That's my core belief, and it's what I share with every kid who walks into our studio. This camp isn't babysitting—it's about helping kids discover their own strength, inside and out. I always say, the body can do what the mind believes. I want kids to feel that for themselves.

### The Studio Vibe

Around here, we work hard but never forget to play. The studio feels more like a big family—think birthday celebrations, goofy parties, and even face painting. I guard this positive vibe closely. It's a safe space where kids get cheered on and know they belong. Enga area ulla varadha! (Our turf, our rules).

### What Happens at Camp

Every day is different, but always packed:
- Western dance sessions for kids who want to groove
- Gymnastics and acrobatics basics (tumbling, walkovers, backbends)
- Strength and flexibility drills for building power
- Aerial arts for kids (hoop/lyra, roman rings, rope climbing, kid-friendly pole fitness)

- Duration: 9 to 10:30 AM - a power-packed 90 minutes

### Safety Is Non-Negotiable

The studio’s got padded mats for every activity. I never push kids beyond their comfort zone. Progress, not pressure—always.

### My story

Hey, we’re The Movement Studio. Started this place because we truly think movement heals, you know? Not just about looking good, but feeling strong, moving free. We see shy kids, adults who lost their spark—watch them light up when they nail a move! It’s not just workouts, it’s birthdays, cake, laughs, and a whole lotta ‘you got this’ energy. Everyone’s got their own pace here. We’re a family, and we celebrate every win, big or tiny.

### My work

- **Dance, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, and Aerial Classes**: We teach kids gymnastics classes, group calisthenics training, aerial hoop lessons, fitness, and more. Group and personal sessions, online too.
- **Community Vibes**: We’re not just a studio. We celebrate birthdays, cheer each other on, and make new friends. It’s good vibes all around.
- **All Ages, All Levels**: Five-year-olds or parents, doesn’t matter. Everyone’s welcome. We help you move at your own speed.
- **Our Way**: Mind over matter. We focus on real strength, confidence, and progress, not just aesthetics.
- **Summer Dance Camps**: Special camps for kids—gymnastics, dance, and loads of fun to make holidays awesome.
