When I do 100 brownies for a baby shower or event, I don't just bake them all at once; I batch them to ensure that signature fudgy center and the flaky, paper-thin crust stay consistent. It takes a bit more time, but it’s the only way to make sure every single piece tastes exactly like the one I’d bake for myself. My kitchen is basically a chaotic science lab. I use high-quality couverture chocolate for my brownies because I refuse to cut corners with compound chocolate. For the brownies, I obsess over the dense, fudgy center and that thin, crinkle top that you just can't get with standard baking. If you’ve ever had a brownie that’s just dry cake, you know why I’m so picky about this. My cookies are strictly NYC-style. That means they have crisp, golden edges and a massive, gooey center of dark chocolate chunks. I don’t use chips because chunks melt better and give you that satisfying pull when you break one in half. I love doing bulk orders for events, return favors, or corporate gifting, but please give me a heads-up. Since I’m a student, I bake mostly when the world is asleep. It keeps me focused, and honestly, the peace in the kitchen at 3 a.m. is unmatched. Every order is packed with butter paper and care, ensuring they reach you looking just as good as they taste. ## About Minervy by Riya More I’m Riya, a student by day and a baker by night.
