Every slice is set to perfection using quality cream cheese and real ingredients, which is why I need a little bit of lead time to bake your order fresh. Since I am a one-woman show juggling studies and baking, please ping me a couple of days in advance so I can ensure your cake is exactly how you want it. My journey with cheesecakes started with a total accident. At 15, I tried to bake, thought I burned the top, and felt like I ruined it. It turned out I had accidentally made a perfect Basque-style cheesecake before I even knew what that was. That 'failure' became the foundation of my bestsellers today. Everything you see here is made in my mum's kitchen in Dombivli. I am a firm believer in 'no milawat' (no adulteration), which means you won't find any premixes or shortcuts in my recipes. When I make a Biscoff cheesecake, I use real Lotus Biscoff biscuits for that crunch and deep caramelized flavor, not a cheaper substitute. The same applies to my fresh fruit cakes and seasonal specials—if it's not good enough for my own family, it doesn't leave my kitchen.
