That lesson stuck. Everything you see here is a result of that hustle. I don’t use preservatives or industrial premixes, which is why you might notice my bakes have a homemade, rustic finish—because they are literally made in my mom’s kitchen, one small batch at a time. ### My Baking Philosophy I believe in *dil se* (from the heart) baking. My kitchen isn't a factory, and I don't work with frozen bases or synthetic flavors. Whether it is sourcing fresh mangoes from my trusted local bhaiya or bringing back authentic Savoiardi biscuits from my travels, I prioritize quality over convenience. ### Why 3 A.M.? Being a student means my schedule is a constant juggle. The night is the only time I find the quiet needed to focus on the details—like the tempered chocolate lace on a cheesecake or the perfect ganache seal for a cupcake. It is my therapy. When you order from me, you aren't just getting a dessert; you are getting something that was likely pulled out of the oven just a few hours before it reached your doorstep. ### What to Expect * **Freshness First:** I maintain no ready stock. Every order is a 'fresh start' process. * **No Shortcuts:** No gelatin, no vegetable fat fillers, just premium cream cheese, couverture chocolate, and real butter. * **Homemade Touch:** You might find the decoration slightly unique each time because I hand-pipe and garnish everything myself. I am currently operating in Dombivli and serving the wider Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
